Real-Time Processing: Your voice recordings are transmitted to OpenAI for the sole purpose of real-time transcription and response generation.
Storage Limitations: VoiceDash does not store your voice files or transcriptions on our servers.
User-Controlled Storage: The only exception to our non-storage policy is text specifically saved by the user within the “Notes” section for future reference.

3. Third-Party Data Sharing (OpenAI)

To provide our core functionality, we facilitate the exchange of data with OpenAI APIs.

Scope of Sharing: We transmit your vocal commands and related content data to OpenAI to execute your requested tasks.
OpenAI Data Policy: In alignment with OpenAI’s API data usage policies, data submitted via the API is not used to train or improve their models unless you explicitly opt-in to such data sharing.

4. Data Processing & Transcription Integrity

We implement rigorous safeguards to ensure your transcriptions remain confidential and secure. Our data management cycle is defined by the following pillars:

Private Infrastructure: Processing occurs through secure, isolated channels. We never route your data through public clouds or unsecured third-party hubs.
Model Neutrality: Your voice data is strictly excluded from our machine learning training sets. Your input does not influence the development of VoiceDash AI models.
User-Driven Retention: Aside from your “Notes,” other data is purged automatically.

5. Data Accessibility & Restrictions

VoiceDash maintains a “Zero-Access” philosophy. We are unable to view or listen to your transcriptions except in the following limited scenarios:

User-Initiated Support: Only if you manually grant access for troubleshooting or technical assistance.
Strict Prohibitions: We categorically prohibit the use of transcription data for marketing, behavioral analytics, or commercial leasing. Your data is never for sale.
