Zero Data Retention is now active for all eligible OpenAI API services in VoiceDash. Here’s what that means in practice:

  • The AI-generated transcription or output is also not retained.
  • Your data is never used to train future AI models.

This applies to both HIPAA Input (what you send) and HIPAA Output (what you receive). Only limited system logs for security purposes (such as failed logins) are kept, and they do not contain your actual content.
